You can catch them on just about anything on the river. Biggest thing is being able cover water

Look for structure or pools of water right after or before faster sections of stream.

This is actually a little up from Delaware town. I've always know it as misty river. My parents live next to this smaller bridge. It's off Nelson mill. Drive time it's really close Delaware town floating it's about 3-4 miles

Had about 20 min to waste yesterday after work went to a bank near Delaware town and had 3 fish on 3 straight cast. All on a spook jr. Fish seemed to be a lot more active than they were this past weekend

Perception sport pescador 10 and 12 ft. 449-550. I have 3 of them. And love them. They are a mold of the old wilderness systems tarpon 100-120. Great lil kayaks.

The photos don't have to released to anybody. If the photos are only used right after the "tournament" to judge between the people involved on who had the best day. If I catch a fish and snap a few pics on my normal outing what is the difference in me showing them to 5-10 other guys at the bank to see who did the best?

I have a 3 person 750 lb coleman canoe. Nothing fancy. Has small bowed in side but still works fine no leaks or anything. Used it on the James a lot last year. $100 obo

We fished from misty river bridge to Delaware town today very slow going. 7fish, I had 3 a buddy had 4. All but one on jigs the other on jerk bait. Still fun day

Thinking about floating this stretch Tommoro anybody have a general idea of time and length on this stretch?

I'll admit. I don't particularly like snakes especially being real close to them. But I do enjoy seeing them from a distant if fishing on the river. Stop and look and then go on fishing. Lol
