Well this might suprise most it did me. But over the weekend I camped at mill creek and was fishing up the white and had this wave pusher running wot what looked like 12 feet away from me actually slow down and pushed away from.where i was fishing. It just flat suprised me I pUT my rod down and waved and gave him the thumbs. I guess there are still a couple of them kind of guys out there.

Lol thanks champ definitely watchIng my back out here. These dang ol knifers are sneaky lol. We have really had a great time so far. It's my wife's 27 birthday so it's been more about the time spend together. The boat traffic is just unbelievable up here. Another reason why if I venture this far it's at night. Hope you have a great weekend I'll post pictures and a half report tomorrow. Don't wanna give them knifers any more fire power lol.

I've been hearing alot of smallies are coming out of flat/james. That's awesome. Good luck with your boat sale. If you get a glass boat you'll love it. I'll agree it doesn't matter the boat I fill alot of it has to do with electronics. You have good graphs that eliminates alot of useless water.

Heck that's pretty good there's some dang good sticks there. Last summer me and the ol man had 15lbs with 3 fish and finally took 1st. We had several 3rds and 4th but man that 1st was just so rewarding. Hard work and alot of fishing pays off.

That's what it's all about is the competition. Doesn't matter if you have a 2015 model bass boat or a 60 hp tracker it's still fun to go out and do it. Yeah ol Kelly is hard to beat on his bad days. He knows alot about the lake and where the fish set up on those hard to catch days. You'll get em gotta keep trying. That's what I keep saying lol. It gets frustrating. But when it all comes together man its rewarding.

Before you start jumping down people's thoat about starting stuff. When u start a threat like this I wonder how we are supposed to take it? I wonder if us C&R guys started a threat like "you knifers are welcome all these fish were released so you can catch them and kill them and make fish tacos". If that wouldn't have all you guys blowing up our post?

Yes sir! I worked for a vendor company for 5 years and I would work there store there in cape. Great people and I agree his son is going to be one to watch. From what I've been hearing they are fishing those tourny as a team. He knows TR. we wouldn't get any work done while I was there more talking about fishing and alot less work lol. Very informative. I still like stopping in and saying hi from time to time.

Do you think lake traffic up that way might have something to do with it? Since they opened that ski shop at cape it seems like when I go up the james I see more and more wave pusher's in the james and flat. Since there's not as much water up there as the main lake it might play a factor.. I dont know what's going on.
