Seems like every year we have numerous accounts of thieves and vandals Even fatalities at these locations ? My trailer had some one back into the side of fender and cave it in Where it aluminates champion Left there tail light lenses laying there also ? didn't even leave a note ? I don't see why these places Are not monitored For us ? Seems like a decent place to check liscense and creels ? for conservation use as well as law enforcement. I like to personally ask other fisherman and our Corp regulated attendants and wardens to start paying some attention to these locations .

We launched out of state park. Fished maze creek and price branch. Spinnerbait with no prevail. we had numerous on square bills and 14 foot divers. But still 10 limit. Most cme from my son who was patiently standing in back of boat! I still don't get how to fish the arig I opted to fish main lake to dam ...we finally threw it for 3 hours. Again small limit and most out of back of the boat. I need help with this rig deal . For a easy bait I'm dumb founded on where and how to fish this thing

Yes pretty much on all rods. Some are backing using excess up and loaded with stren ....But they still have braid on them. Flouro is great but it doesn't seem to last for a month . my spools have kinked my line to many times to count. I hear xps Flouro is superior but I'd like my money back personally? Braid has un comparable sensitivity and manners. With this I use Mono leaders . I've broke braid on hook set but I needed to re tie I would say?

I use 65 and 30 # braid in sun. and 10 # stren. Leaders are 12 # stren. keeps my line LONG LASTING And very few packages ? I respool some twice a year. Most make it all year.

Use a 3/8 oz spinner bait when fishing close in to the bank and 1/2 oz for water 7-10 feet deep. and 3/4 past that When fishing clear water, use tandem silver Colorado / willow leaf blades. When fishing stained water, use a tandem gold Colorado front blade and a gold Indiana rear blade. blade sizes will improve the rate of lift and the column of water for presentation As for skirt color, use shad color in clear water and chartreuse in stained water. With stained in many areas now from rains, the extra flash and vibration is the deal. Jim I exspect some spinnerbaits. Pm me

2 short is always on fish I'm glad to hear bass are getting more aggressive .... I know last week they would definitely swipe at a moving bait but didn't seem to chase it much !

Not sure about a jig bite in mutton area. I Appreciate the tip Jim. Seemed dormant to me. I saw several large dying shad and 41 degree We moved to 51 degree water and targeted per spawn locations. You can hit trees in 30 foot at 55mph fine as well. Fish bit well. kickers never found. I Thot I saw you in a boat with power poles?

I can tell you they bite fairly well 8 miles south ... We never had a chance for any thing nice tho . As for mutton creek we saw nice 1 1/2 pound whites surfacing in mouth. Didn't look hard to catch in my opinion. Good luck
