And more thing......why did they schedule the classic the same day as the Daytona 500.?? Seems to me that NASCAR and BASS would know they have a lot of the same fans....OK I'm done!

I get crap from my family for watching fishing shows anyway.......this final weigh in show was embarrassing even for me. I thought the coverage earlier in the day was awesome.....hated that they cut it short because they kept giving that part of the day so Much hype........ I hope they get this fixed because I really do love having the sport on television etc...

if im being too nosey don't reply and no bad feelings.....im new to bull shoals....looked on a map and all I come up with is tucker hollow? must be close to 20 miles down the lake....you have this posted on "upper bull" and so I thought there was something by beaver or k dock I hadn't heard of... is tucker hollow the "tucker" you are speaking of? -

How far is tucker from k dock? Up the lake towards beaver? Or down the lake towards buck creek? I have a flat bottom and.can't travel too far ....I also went Sunday around k dock but couldn't buy a fish. Threw a mega bass ...Ned...smoke colored grub....nothing. -
I would consider it very lucky any one noticed that quick cause the time of the year, not a lot of winter traffic.\, and probably 90% of the locals know nothing of the zebra mussel issue. and as far as blame I think you have to look at the dock co.....they know about this issue.......they just didn't want the dollars to get away! they should be held to rules and regs.

was fishing there last week along a steep bank on south side and something came out from under a root wad and took off down the bank into the water. (assuming a radical beaver) I move on 50ft down the bank and there goes another one. WTF. almost had a gallop to its run. that's an otter! anyone else seen these? and yes I was sober

I went there and waded out in the surf until it knocked me backwards. Then threw a yozuri popper with my spinning rod .....it was cool. Caught a few but missed a bunch. One small tarpon that was really awesome.

Why Does Fishing Continue To Decline In Our Rivers?

30-40-50 years ago a stringer like this was common place and the rivers survived. not saying this guy is in the right or the wrong. I do believe that catch and release is much, much more common now. BUT what about the otters that have been introduced??? I have heard that these cute little creatures can wipe out a section of a stream. anybody have info about this -

Got to k dock about 7. Went in the back of some coves with my favorite lure....slugo....and had a stupid good time....probably boated 25-30 bass...with at least 10 keepers..biggest ...22 inches....countless fish came out and bit but couldn't hook.....couple of big fish......also caught a few on spinner bait.....fish where on beds .....really went to catch some crappie but couldn't find them.

went up beaver creek Sunday at sun up expecting to see the banks lined with people, boats everywhere and to get into some white bass but I couldn't have been more wrong. Did I miss the run? Water temp 65 degrees. Went up towards k- dock.....caught a little of everything...all fish we caught where ten foot of water or less...2 crappie..1 white.1 flathead( on wart)..1 keeper spot on buzzbait....half dozen short bass on grubs.....then ran out by weather.
