Peak Prosperity - what is their agenda?
-
Pure garbage. Straight from the worst depths of tin foil hat society. Not a scientist. Pure con man snake oil poo

I stay away for a few days and I come back and see conspiracy theories, a link to Epoch News from Mitch, and some other highly questionable sources. Wow. This place is rediculous.

Coffey grinder, Heddon Tiny Torpedo top water for fly . . . . He dremmilled it out of foam, painted it , put weed guard and prop on. Beautiful.
-
Greg Coffey . . . that guy could tie. Check out the Coffey Grinder that I will never put on the end of my line.
-
Fair enough. I can self-Po-Leece. I may even report my own posts.

I've got video of that. He broke his nice paddle, dented his Jeep, and the glass still wouldn't break. Peace, Mitch. I need more Mitch Craws and would like to try the hellgrammites.

Love and peace to all. Sorry for being an instigator. Guilty as charged. Looking forward to happier times, which I would gladly share a campfire, a can of pork and beans, and a beer with any and all of you.

I'll let you guys get back to talking about the safety ramifications of picking boogers as you were a couple of comments earlier. Useful stuff right there. I got to go cut the grass at my COVID-19 in-laws right now. The ones who O'Reilly and Hannity said were "probably on their last legs anyway". So please don't let the comments get too rowdy, and try to keep things on a useful track.
-
Is the truth not useful? It may hurt, but it is certainly useful.

From our good friends at Fox. Hannity and O'Reilly discussion. https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/bill-oreilly-those-dying-from-coronavirus-were-on-their-last-legs-anyway/ar-BB12oC2r?li=BBnbcA1

You have illustrated my point precisely. Why do you feel like Trump's words and actions have been infallible? How can anyone in their right mind say, as Trump did, that his handling of this crisis has been 10 out of 10? Talk about a loser wanting a trophy! That's all we get each day in his press briefings. Patting himself on the back, blaming others, the WHO . . . . what about the guy that dismantled our very own CDC in 2018? What about the guy who said this would all disappear? Even as a memo from Navarro sat unread on his desk on Jan 28th, warning of precisely the opposite. He takes NO RESPONSIBLITY, and wants ALL THE PRAISE. Hallelujah to the Orange Satan.

Okay - please report me. I tried to delete the F bomb in the post, but wasn't successful. Forgive me if that word is a little too much for Snagged's sensitive ears. And god forbid there be an opposing view on here. If it doesn't lean in the direction of Hannity or Limbaugh, or that orange man who cannot tell a lie . . . . then it is obviously offensive to the majority of the folks on here. You should thank me for bringing you a daily dose of the truth.

Mitch - wanna bet that Fauci gets fired soon? I give it another week.

More importantly, did you catch any? Dying to get out. This subdivision pond ain’t cutting it!

I still have the Funeral Blakemore rod and the Monkey Ward crank bait rod. The wormin' rod I lost that in a game of poker to Bill Babler. He was mad at me for getting dog poo from the bottom of my boots on his boat carpet, and rather than pay him to have it professionally cleaned, he wanted me to give him that rod because he liked the nudey girls on it. I didn't feel that was a fair trade, so we we settled the issue over a game of 5-card draw. He had pocket deuces, but I suspect shenanigans because I let him deal. Bill, do you still have that rod? The Funeral Blakemore rod, I was fishing with it just the other day down at Simpson Park Lake and it started vibrating and low humming sound coming out near the reel seat, and then a second later . . . . clear as a bell it was replaying a KSHE radio broadcast from 1978, got to hear Smoke on the Water and then Blue Bayou by Linda Ronstadt.

Oh, I see. Kinda like PAUL Dallas is to ColdWaterFshr.🤣 the veil may have just been broken

Who’s Mitch C then? I don’t pay enough attention in this dump anymore, even though I’m a charter, founding member. Emeritus, if you will, goddam it

I love Mitch Cumstein. Even though his politics are all jacked up. I believe that deep down, in those remote recesses and inaccessible portions of his cranium, there still lies a small patch where the synapses are lighting correctly, and he can see through and understand that even a really, really .... REALLY good snake oil salesman just won’t do..... 🤣

I’m just mad fellas. Sorry to make it political. But we got a president that today said he deserved the Nobel Prize for Medicine. Stop and ponder that for a minute. Then draw your own conclusions.
-
Yes - I think ANY other President in the last 50 years would have done a better job than this. We have a full blown sociopath running the show. The "gotcha" moments aren't just one or two --- there is an avalanche of them. Look at the original date of this thread . . . . . January 28th. Lets accept that as a date that I think most of us recognized this is a serious problem. And most certainly his advisers and our own experts were telling and warning LONG before that. But he never listened. He ignored all of the warning signs, blamed everyone but himself, said "I take no responsibility", and now this is the states problem to figure out. Jared Kushner is working on things, oh what a relief that is to know. This could have been minimized. It wouldn't have been pleasant. It sure wasn't helpful telling people that this was completely contained, or that people would miraculously heal on their own. We shouldn't be leading the rest of the world with this problem.
-
Mitch -- no, not delusional at all. Just angry. Delusional is: saying that he is "a lock" to win the Nobel Prize for medicine as he did today. Delusional is: saying that a few weeks ago people would miraculously heal themselves, and that the US had "contained the disease" Delusional is: saying that this will all be over by Easter. Delusional is: talking about his popularity on Facebook as the US death toll zooms by 10,000 and on its way to 200,000 . . . . a figure he would never had admitted just a few days ago Delusional is: dismantling the CDC and claiming that he didn't Delusional is: throwing out the Pandemic playbook Delusional is: bullying reporters when he doesn't like the question or doesn't have a good answer, including mocking a disabled reporter. I could rattle off about 1000 more.

"Doing things to help one another". I think stopping misinformation dead in its tracks is important, don't you? My way of helping others during this time of crisis is to refute the utter garbage that has been, and continues to be dispensed on a daily basis by our president. If that makes it political, so be it. I've got a couple in-laws that are in their 80's that more or less believed what the president said 3 weeks ago. They didn't take this thing seriously and both tested positive about 8 days ago. One is recovering well, and the other is on oxygen at the hospital fighting for his life. We deserve better leadership than this.
-
You're joking right? He frittered away 60 days (at least) of not taking this thing seriously. Called it a hoax, then he said it was only a few people and they would miraculously heal. Then he blamed Obama. Don't forget that he single handedly dismantled the CDC and claimed that he didn't. Then he said the whole thing was a hoax. He has repeatedly given mixed messages and outright lies and howlers in his press conferences which most everyone has figured out now are thinly disguised campaign ads. Still has no coherent plan other than to let states try to outbid the federal government for PPE, ventilators and other essential supplies. Criminal disregard and irresponsible behavior from the very person who should be leading us out of this.
