i agree with that phil. and i'm taking your comment on crappie and walleyes, as they are some of the best tasting fish.

It is a never-ending arguement! crappie and walleye guys say get rid of all of them, bass fisherman say don't take them out. you are gonna do what your gonna do regardless of what anybody on here wants you to do.

I just think if you are going to keep fish to eat, they should be worth eating before you keep them.

Speaking from experience, nothing ruins your fishing trip faster than having a bearing go out on the way to the lake. it's so easy to just squirt some grease into the hubs. If you were coming down a hill or riding the brakes the pads and rotors/drums will heat up, possibly making steam when it hits the water.

no, i was just putting some emphasis on saying they are gonna suck. The rams had their run, and i don't think they have what it takes to go anywhere for several, several years. The CHEFS, well let's put it this way, they are just like the royals, such promise and talent and it goes nowhere.

X2 on that, last tourney i fished on stockton, my partner was throwing a green pumpkin senko and i was throwing a senko in the color sprayed grass, he was getting bit 5 to1 over me. i switched to green pumpkin............. GAME ON

with topwater stuff yes i agree, i use braid on my jig rod and its heavy, haven't ripped a hook out yet, crossed a few eyes on the hookset!
