Heading down for the weekend, looks like I will get wet. Any Crappie updates?

I have had this happen as well. Guy stopped mowing his lawn and came and told us to leave. The funny thing is it was his neighbors dock, there was no boat in it and we were casting into the empty slip. He said "come on guys, you know better than that" I asked him what he was talking about and kept fishing, I never get out of the boat on to someones dock, dont tie up, etc.. I know some guys have had chips on their boats from people casting close and would understand that would piss someone off. Not the case where we fish. I am sure the crappie have been caught from this dock for years. There are 1960's style seats mounted around the dock.

The book I bought on Ozarks from this site: http://www.jnoutdoors.com/ includes different sections on Bass, Crappie, White Bass and Catfish. All 8 sections of the lake are discussed separately and include those 4 species of fish.

Welcome and best of luck. We bought our place at MM43 last summer and have had great luck with Crappie, whites and largemouth. I bought this book on this website http://www.jnoutdoors.com/ It is 10 years old but gives great advice depending on what section of the lake you are fishing. Good luck. Hello, I have a place on LOTO but have never fished in December. I am coming down this weekend and seeking any advice? Do people catch largemouth, crappie or white bass when the water is this cold? Any tips on depths or lures to use, minnow? Thanks for any advice. Will post my results.
