  1. I want to try the night thing one time to see what it's like. I won't fall in the lake cause I will be on bank.
  2. Got down about 7:30 this morning and water was up pretty good but still able to make it to the cable. Started with roostertails and only caught 5 or 6 fish. When the water stopped, all hell broke lose on the rapala's. My son and I caught at least 20 bows over 15 inches with 7 or 8 18 or so. All seem to be males with milt comming out of them. In all we left about 2:30 I caught 68 fish with the son catching 30 or so. The 3 guy's that came from chute 1 up our way was catching fish almost every cast. It was still a good time fishin from bank.
  3. I heard he wears flashing panty's too!
  4. Got down below the dam about 1 today and fished off bank up by the cable. Caught about 15-20 fish on the black/silver rapala. Rich had 2 good fish on roostertails that broke off, and has them in there mouths. He also casted his 2 piece rod into the lake so me without waders go in for it. Wasn't happenen after i was waist deep in water. Broke the line and lost the rod. Well went back to fishin and caught and 15-17 inch brown and it sucked it in. Tried to get the hooks out easy as I could but when I let it go it didn't look good, went out about 5 feet from bank and bellyed up. 5 cast later I went backout without any waders and got the fish and brought it closer to shore and tried to regroup it and about 10 minutes later it finally swam off. What a sweet lookin fish. If anyone was at #1 at 1:00 or after I was in the blue/tan S-10 Blazer with the dented left front end That's me Whodat. The 2 guy's at #1 was catching fish every other cast.

  11. How long after the water shuts off can a guy get down by the cable to fish off bank?
  12. Think about going early in the morning before daylight to get 1 of those biggun's. Off bank with the rapala! Be at the cable and #1. I am catching on to this trout thing.
  13. Today just a steady retrieve, and the 2 big fish hit 5-10 from bank. I also caught 5 fish on a brown roostertail with gold blades. The son used a small rainbow rapala and switched from silver and to a gold. I didn't see as many fish as last time. Lack of water running or what?
  14. Went down below the dam today about 11:00 fishin with rapala's again. Didn't catch as many fish but better fish. The son had 2 14 inchers and I had a 15 brown and a 15 inch bow fishing by the cable and chute #1. The fly guy's was doing better than last time at chute #1.
  15. I was down yesterday with my spining rod and rapala and caught 31 fish below the dam. My son came down about 12:30 and caught 15 or so. The fly guy's I was seeing down from us was catching very few fish. Not alot of big fish but was fun.
