  1. Don't want to butt in if I can help let me know.
  2. Buy it on line on Monday save your gas for the weekend fishing trip. I use the local bait store as much as possible.
  3. I will work on it. I just hate some of those guys that jabber the whole time. Thank you very much for the feed back.
  4. It was tough fishing for us, see the time stamp, after that nothing. I guess they had lunch and they were done for a while. It was fun though.
  5. Thanks for the info, I like the spoon too. I have had good fall results with it.
  6. On the opening page of the forum on the upper right click on "Start a new topic". I think kayak fishing should get more attention.
  7. Thank you, I have a youtube channel titled with my name. I hope to make an other one this weekend.
  8. It looks like it was worth it, sounds like a fun trip to me.
  9. About 12 years about I was doing some work on a guys place north of Bolivar, the quail and turkey were everywhere. He put every odd, low and rocky place, any place that would not farm well, in CRP. It made a huge difference for the wildlife and he got paid a little for it.
  10. Man that is awesome ! You are 5 hours from me, but I might have to make the trip.
  11. Very nice, great pictures !
  12. I am probably giving up to much here, but maybe this will help. They are probably on a different pattern by now anyway.
  13. Wow! You guys are catching the ones I keep missing. I just think catching walleye here is great ! Each one is like a treasure.
  14. Awesome, love the chunk rocks for sure ! The same thing will work on table rock.
  15. Thank you , look my name up on you tube, I had the best walleye year so far. I made a couple more videos. That might help folks be more productive. I am starting to learn how to target them on table rock, it has been a long journey, I am not as good at it as some people, but man it is fun. 3 thing that have helped...1 slow while trolling 0.7 - 1.5 max, 2 work depths in the 12 to 25 foot range, 3 they like submerged large rock points as well as flats. There are more things but those for me are the game changers. You will need things to do this, like a trolling flap or kicker motor or whatever will slow the boat, a depthfinder that will show the bottom and the concentration of fish, look at other ways besides just crank baits. While I have caught fish on them there are other more productive ways. It is hard to get a crank bait to 25 feet going 1 mph. I am thankful for what I have learned from others here so I hope this will help someone else.
  16. That is awesome on the muskie catch'n ! Pomme or Fellows lake ? My wife and I tried that a year or so ago but the water was up over 20 feet and we did not know Pomme well. We would like to try again. I thought about renting a boat at fellows lake. My Grandfather and I would occasionally fish there when I was very young. There should be walleye in there too.
  17. Bouncing and spooning after church.
  18. Here you go friend 10/17/15 1st attempt at table rock walleye we were happy to say the least, we caught about 50 bass it was fun. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SrU4umeEvJ8
  19. I have learned a lot from everyone here. I appreciate all the help for sure.
  20. Well this is my walleye year, so I guess that is my objective. I fished similarly (vertically jigging) to what you spoke of and yes they were on the bottom. The bass were a byproduct of my walleye fishing, the spoon had to fall through them to get in the walleye zone. I hope that helps. A week before a friend and I caught 5 and 2 keepers in 1 1/2 hours on bottom bouncers. There does seem to be a location combination - i.e. rocks trees etc.. They are very localized. I am still looking for the big one and having a great time doing it !
  21. Nope vertical spooning, I am tell you it was fun !
  22. I am learning to catch walleye on this lake, but I also got in to a bunch of spotted bass. This link only shows 1/2 of the bass I caught, it was some fast action for a while. 27 FOW.
  23. Still catching walleye, but the range is a little wider now 18-35 FOW. My wife and I took 5 home today, fished from 2pm - 6pm 15"-18". BB and spinners
