Howdy guy's wanted to say hi , wife and kids are doing good . This happened in Aurora this past weekend , very scary 8 Familys lost there homes , and Devon my oldest had too watch as his little buddies lost there home 2 fatalites (ginney pigs) No Human injuries or fatalities This is the building we see as we look out our patio , 30 yards away . Tami (MsDucky) was on the news KSPR web site has the video visit the link below MsDucky on the news I have a scanner feed up here in Lawrence Co MO , This is the apartment building less than 50 feet from mine in the city of Aurora If you listen to the scanner archive from today from Lawrence CO MO , you will hear all about this . Nobody was injured and this building is a complete loss. The fire started in the north east apartment by the tennant discarding a lit cigarrette into a card board box on a wooden balcony . We had 20 to 23 mph winds sustained . not a good time the archive scanner you want is Lawrence CO from 9:04 am to well there is still stuff going on My apartment is the southwest apartment behind burning building top right front side of what left of the building this is the back side of whats left , the upper left apartment is were it started

Landon is in the hospital as of 4:00 am today with Croup . Please pray he get's home soon and is 100 percent Once again your prayers have helped . Landon was released from the hospital and is home doing well , thanks to everyone

Tami , Devon and i will be there , we are leaving Landon with the grand parents . I am gonna try to get down there tonight , if not see ya all tomarow Leonard: there will be banana bread Everyone be safe in your travels John

Howdy all OAF , the other night at a restarant in Springfield Devon thought he would be helpful , You know how Golden Coral brings hot rolls to your table ? lol Devon decided to set the table for mom , little brother and dad . Anyways he also thought he would put a roll onm each plate accept for Landon's of course . With Tami and i standing and talking before we sat down to eat Landon decided he wanted a roll, Landon grabed a roll with all 5 fingers i mean he put a death grip on it and right into his mouth !! , To his dislike the roll was rather warm Tami and I saw our 9 month old go from happy to Screaming within about .1 second . Tami and i could not figure out what had happened untill we saw the roll fly from Landons hand and onto the table with 5 finger holes , Boy he reached for the bottle fast . how ever Landon did not reach for anything else the rest of the evening . No 9 month olds were injured in this event Had to share that with you all

It's because they know how much i enjoy the big loud horn and they are trying to keep the Ducky's away :lol:

The Ducky's will be there this year Ive checked we are not preganet . Last year with Mrs Ducky getting ready to deliver our son and it being 2 degrees , it just was not a good ideal . Never been into politic's before , Im turning 39 years old this saturday , Im getting registered to vote . Im not voting as a Demorcrat or a Republican , Im voting with my heart and beliefs I know as much about politic's as a rainbow trout . Obama Scares me , lie after lie after lie . I cannot belive he sat in a church 20 years with a HATE Mongoring pastor , the same pastor married he and his wife He Appoligized for us to other countries , I did not ask him too , IM NOT ASHAMED TO BE AN AMERICAN .... His veiw on our war , he will not admit we our becoming victorius Our United States Armed Forces our hero's and i think obama would like to supply them with rubber bullets I think he actully thinks he is the chosen one from god to be our president , I know hearing things on the twisted media , they say there are groups saying that he has been reincarnated to become our next president and that if he is not elected , WE OUR TURNING OURSELVES AWAY FROM GOD He has ties to William Aryes , Who says he wished he could of done more terroristic stuff I have 2 son's , They see me leave to work every morning at 5:00 am and not returning untill late afternoon or evening . you know i enjoy being able to work and not being on welfare . Obama seems to be all for welfare , all for giving everyone help . I think if he were to elected i stand a great chance of losing my job . He has mentioned rasing the taxes to small bussiness owners . that would put alot of us out of a job America is built on hard workers , People becoming sucsessful in there lives , i dont think its fair to Tax them higher because they our more sucsseful then I I am voting for McCain/Palin - IT just feels right Either way whoever is elected to office i will stand behind them . i have too IM A PROUD AMERICAN

Almost a year ago, for our anniversary, we stayed at Lilley's Landing. While there, enjoying the fly shop, talking to everyone who works there, fishing off the dock and Rolan Duffield's boat, walking around the grounds, getting to see the trout cam right there, and just having a great time, Tami also told me that she was expecting a new "lil ducky." Despite her pointing out that she was only about 6 weeks along, I felt the need to share the news with everyone I saw! We also started talking about names. I was really set on Lily (or Lilley!) if it was a girl. Fortunately, it was a boy. (No offense to anyone named Lily, but Lily Kashirsky? That's just not fair to a child!) So, after many weeks of discussion of family names, names out of books, and my arguments that Rainbow and Brook would make great names, I finally came up with a great name-Landon. It's similar to Devon, but not too much alike, and goes well with Kashirsky. Once Tami got over her shock that I had found a great name, she asked what made me think of it. I had to admit that if we couldn't use Lilley, we could use Landin'. And so we did! He is now nearly 4 months old, and well over the slot limit! (He was over 20" at birth, too!) We were back at the resort while she was pregnant, and Devon and I enjoyed the pool. Having spent time getting to know several members of the forum, and it's founder, we know that we will spend many more happy days on the dock, in the cabins/rooms, and showing Landon where he got his name! He may never enjoy slimy worms, icky fish, and the joy of catching one of those on a fly he's tied himself, but he will have a great appreciation for not becoming Lilley Kashirsky! For his first birthday, he will get his first fly rod and wader diapers! We thank God for a place where we can bring our family, to relax, fish, and enjoy great people and scenery! I look forward to spending many hours/days with my two sons, out on the water, teaching them what others have taught me.

Well I decided to become a Severe weather storm spotter recently , I tested and passed my Amateur radio test (Ham Radio) and went threw the National Weather Service Storm Spotters class . January 7, 2008 I witnessed my first Tornado , Yikes !! the one i witnessed is the one that destroyed the Miller trailer park in Monett MO . The pictures i am posting are after i relayed the message Tornado on the ground , Debris cloud visible and exploding transformers . I had to get at of harms way , guessing now i was TOO Close , this is the front of the tornado as im retriving SouthWest of the storm , yes theres sideways rain and some debris These 2 are of the tornado on the ground . not very good pictures but the tornado can be seen just left of the center of both pictures Im guessing do to the Jan outbreaks and the Feb Ar , Tn , Ky and Al tornado's this might be a busy year for us storm spotters My call sign is KD0CNI and if you listen to a scanner we report and spot on 146.970 and 145.490

Well just an update . Tami and Landon were released from the hospital . Both are doing great. Thanks for all your prayers and thoughts Phil and Marsha stopped by to see Tami and the baby , Landon however was in the nursery and not able to visit Thanks so much .
