And somehow over at Hawkers the no wake zone buoys are about a foot under the water???

Left the lake from dumping brush around noon today and water from mile long bridge to the dam was clear up to 6-8ft visibility in some parts. From the old state park ramp to about halfway out to the main lake is very muddy, but once u leave Hartley cove it is clear. Water was 38-41 degrees.

Is this still on regardless of the weather?

Just crappie and walleyes, and nothing too serious. he just thinks having some rod holders installed would be nice for when takes both my kids by himself ( my 2 can be a handful) to were they don't have be casting and getting hung up every two seconds in a brush pile, he can cover lot of water by just going up and bluffs and across flats and just let them reel the fish in when they hit the bait.

Looking to install some rod holders on Dad's aluminum bass Tracker so he can troll and take my Kids when I have to work and can't go. Which one do you guys recommend??

I have not fished since the great migration of the waterfowl started. I thought I might get on the lake this weekend, but I saw this morning KY3 is calling for 35-40mph wind gusts Saturday so I have to hold off another weekend.

STOCKTON FRIDAY NIGHTERS IS ONE. I GUESS YOU COULD CONSIDEER IT A "CLUB" SINCE YOU DO PAY A MEMBERSHIP FEE. I'M PRETTY SURE ITS THE BIGGEST TOURNAMENT THAT FISHES ONLY STOCKTON. TOWARD THE END OF THE SEASON THEY WERE GETTING ALMOST 60 TEAMS AND I THINK 49 OUT OF 51 TEAMS THAT WERE ELIGLIBLE FISHED THE END OF YEAR CHAMPIONSHIP. WWW.STOCKTONFRIDAYNIGHTERS.COM THERE ARE A FEW OTHER CLUBS THAT DO FISH STOCKTON THAT ARE "CLOSED" TOURNAMENTS, BUT SOME DO NOT PULL PERMITS (SO U CANT LOOK THEM UP ON THE HP REGATTA LISTINGS) SO YOU ETIHER HAVE TO KNOW SOMEONE WHO IS A MEMBER TO GET AN INVITE OR FISH ONE OF THIER OPEN EVENTS. BEST BET IS TO LOOK A THE PEG BOARDS AT THE BAIT SHOPS/ GAS STATIONS AROUND THE LAKE OR THE PEG BOARDS AT SPORTSMANS AND FIN & FEATHER IS SPRINGFIELD.

DON'T KNOW IF ANY OF YOU WATCH THE FOOD NETWORK, BUT THERE IS A SHOW CALLED BIZARRE FOODS IN WHICH THE HOST TRAVELS THE WORLD EATING FOODS/DISHES THAT ARE POPULAR TO THE PLACES HE VISTITS. THE OTHER NIGHT HE TRAVELED FROM MEMPHIS, TN TO NATCHEZ MS BY BOAT DOWN THE MISSISSIPPI. IN ONE OF THE SEGMENTS HE WAS WITH A COMMERICAL FISHERMAN ON THE MISSISSIPPI, THE "FOOD" HE SAMPLED WITH THAT GENTLEMAN WAS THE RIBS FROM A BIGMOUTH BUFFALO. HAS ANYONE ELSE EVER TRIED THESE? WHEN THEY CUT THEM OUT OF THE FISH THEY LOOKED JUST LIKE PORK RIBS. THEY JUST COATED THEM IN BATTER AND FRIED THEM. THEY ALSO TOOK THAT FISH JUST HAPPENED TO BE A FEMALE THAT WAS FULL OF EGGS. THEY COATED THE ROE SACK AND FRIED IT ALSO. JUST CURIOUS IF ANYONE HAS EATEN THE RIBS FROM ONE OF THOSE FISH????
