Got it through the Grape Vine. Heard last year they was spotting grows from the air if they found one and the person didn't have Grow Permit they would give them a ticket but told them to get a permit before they went to court so the Judge wouldn't be so hard on them. If the person had a permit they would just go on. Rightfully even if they had a permit they should still get a ticket because all grows are to be locked. Had a guy said couldn't Grow outside because Missouri weather is too messed up. I just laughed. You try telling that to these Hillbillies that have been growing in the brush forever.
