bobtu, you don't need a guide at Bennett. All you need to do is have enough time to talk to others and find out what is working and where. I've never had anyone be rude when I was struggling and they were slaying them. I just look over at them or wait til they get off the stream and say, "alright, I give, what are they biting on?" Sometimes they'll put a couple of flies in your hand to boot.

I feel for you Kim. Hang in there. We got word here shortly after 8am, as AB is our single largest customer in the world. Our pricing agreement is up with AB as of December 1st. Okay, I was at 21 Sunday as well. There from 730 to 1130 am. Between the 5 of us, one gill and one small bass. Just knew it was too good to be true for the trout to be stocked already - weather was awesome and its always nice to hang with my buddies - fish or no fish. Who was the guy I talked to fishing on the dam side of 21 about 11 or so that I asked about the "thingamabobber" he was using? Didn't get his name.

I called the stocking number this morning and just now. So far, no trout. Maybe the guy that does the recordings doesn't work weekends. Did anyone go today? May go somehwere tomorrow.

for the weekend. If anyone has been at the park this week I'd appreciate a short report/tips & tricks. I've been battling severe tendonitis in my casting wrist for a couple weeks so I may only be able to fish a few hours (if I can make it that long I'll be happy) at a time. It's been a real drag. If you're there over the weekend and see a guy who looks like he hasn't fooled any, sitting on the back of green 4Runner drinking a beer, stop and say hello. I'll have the girlfriend in tow and she'll be taking pics when she's not outfishing me. I'll give whatever kind of report I can muster upon my return.

Wow! No tripod? That is excellent. If you get a tripod, get one of the ones that is a mono-pod as well. They are very cool.
