Had no reall damage where I live, back end of big creek, was without power from about 1;30 am Sun till midnight last night, had Grand kids with us, think they learned a bit about the "old days" before video games,we played board games, put puzzles together and involved them in the preparations for being without the usual amenities. So all in all it turned out to be a positive experience

  13. Bottom line wins again, that said, why are we worried about teams that can only catch ONE fish,I put sugar on those words in case I have to eat them. ha ha ha ha
  14. The the top two big bass winners from the UBA tournament was invited to participate in the championship. Tracker boat company was the ones wanting this and it was agreed upon over a year ago. They were trying to generate more exposure for their product. And without them there would be no tournament circuit. This is the reply I recieved from Mr. Haggard, make sense ,ya gotta do what ya gotta do
  15. I think an email to heartland from those of us who are concerned, will either clear up the directors reasoning or at least let us know where we stand. Mine is being written now

Sorry the old brain is still mush from the heat, Tournament was shortened by an hour and the limits were reduced to four fish, my partner and I struggled to get the 9.6 that we did I saw a lot of sacks with one or two fish. Not sure what the final out come was cause we headed home right after the weigh in. All our fish came from shallow water rock banks, caught on a jig we caught 7 fish all together without a single bite till noon.Got to meet Troy at the weigh in and shake hands, no time for much else as he was working and I was wore out. If I had to guess I would say about 16 to 18 to win it and all other places decided by ounces
