I have been going to Pomme de Terre Lake fishing for Channel Cats and going to Niangua River for Suckers. Woman told me her brother was catching Channel Cats out of the Niangua River. So thinking go where I have been fishing on the Niangua River. Have two Rods rigged for Suckers and another one rigged for Channel Catfish. I have caught a few Catfish out of the river but never seriously fished for them. I would rather have Suckers but. oneshot

Got a neighbor that gets bed ridden every time an animal gets killed around here. Got a Groundhog but it is an old male so it is safe. Squirrels come up here messing with me, have become pets so their safe. Got couple Armadillos digging the yard up. I catch them they are not safe. oneshot

Well didn’t catch anything. Two hours was all the excitement I could handle. Stopped to get worms. Told the woman I was Catfishing. She says my brother has been catching Catfish by your house. LOL figures! Dang Squirrels were teasing me. oneshot

Yesterday was 50 Anniversary of the Trailer load of explosives shot into and blew up on I-44. Remember it like yesterday. Lived just West I Springfield. At the time there was about 20 TRI State Trailers parked West of town. The Mayor of Springfield said get them dang things out of there. And in not that nice of way. oneshot

Heck my wife didn’t know about me if I was a Cop, Dope Head, Homosexual or what with people I was talking to. We was stopped at a 4 way, Black Woman jumps out of a Pickup runs over gives me a big hug and kiss. My wife is she kin? Remember Hickory Chairs with laced twine for seat. Oil Lamps and Wood Cook Stove. Be nice if it was easier to get parts for older vehicles. Older Pickups you could actually use them. oneshot

Had a Grandson come over. Seen my Mounts thought they was 3D picture of Animals. Found out what they were and freaked. Since we got Electric and Phone about 17 years ago been spoiled. Do really miss some things. oneshot

Me kids are like you are kidding. You handled 100# bags of feed. You worked all Summer putting up Hay. You picked Corn by hand. Drawed water with a bucket. There was other people on your telephone line. You made a living Trapping, Selling Firewood and picking Walnuts. You milked Cows by hand. Funny worked my Back Side off many hours and still had plenty time for other stuff. oneshot
