Fished the upper end this morning, first cast at 5:40, Red Fin was hot until 8 and then the clear blue sky turned the switch off. Total on top water 45, 3 after that on grub. Off at 11 .Better get there at the butt crack of dawn for a bite. Duck.
  14. Bill, thanks very much, it worked great with casting real. I threw on a spinning rig today and just feathered it a bit at the end and that also worked. Caught some nice whites up the White but had to work. Duck.
  15. New to the A-rig, do you use a swivel between the head and main line? How do you prevent the line from tangling between the wires on the cast or retrieve? Thanks, Duck.
  16. I keep a daily log for white bass fishing, by March 21 in 2009 we caught 228, in 2010 we had 452, and in 2011 we had 199. This year so far we only have 15, can't figure it out. Water temps are in the low to mid 50's, even up the White near Hausmans it is 50. Should be good, maybe next week. Good luck. Duck
