  1. Oh good you finally went by Plateau and bought my birthday present,
  2. Today's record was brought to you by Strike King.
  3. The only difference is that the bass guys don't take home every legal fish that they catch and they are self sustaining. I've always caught a bunch of legal walleye on Stockton, mostly while bass fishing, but I've taken very few home.
  4. Pics or it didn't happen.
  5. Table Rock is better for ALL fishing. That's good news for the crowd at Stockton.
  6. Everybody lacks experience in the beginning.
  7. Did you take the dead dog with you?
  8. Good luck Norm. Keep that positive outlook.
  9. ------- man. Good luck JD.
  10. It used to be 18 inches. Not sure when they changed it to 15.
  11. I was just hoping my fatass didn't get stuck halfway through.
  12. Sorry I didn't mean to direct that at you. I just see to many people slam that method for rediculous reasons. It's just another lure. I've used it but I was never impressed by its results.
  13. When I was 16 my uncle was killed by lightning on Texoma. He was actually loading up and heading for the house. It's not worth the risk.
  14. Plus there are some awesome spots to fish along the way.
  15. No I think he actually took it out of the Meramec River. Not sure where Context Creek is but we should float it. Nice fish Hog.
  16. I gave up fishing tournaments a long time ago and I don't fish an A Rig. But the answer to your question is the same with any lure. If the fish is snagged then it's not a legal catch and is supposed to be returned to the water immediately. I lost a tournament on Table Rock that way one time. A well known and respected guide was running the tournament let one of his clients weigh in a fish that the client admitted to snagging. Not intentionally, but he did say it was snagged. Guide said as long as it wasn't intentional then it was a legal catch. Missouri fishing regulations tell a different story. That's about the time I gave up that sport. The best part of that store is I had that fish in my boat earlier in the day. It was cruising the shallows and was obviously distressed. I trolled over and scooped it up with a net. Looked almost dead, blind in both eyes, pushing 7 lbs. Not only did the guy win the tournament he took big bass honors with that too. So don't get all high and mighty with the A Rig. Plenty of real cheating going on without it.
  17. Well that's nothing new.
  18. Seems like the "Ignorant Poster of the Year" is locked up too.
  19. Quit blaming your mental issues on fishing.
  20. Tournament guys show up with full tanks so there is no need to have any for them.
  21. Best comment I've read on here in a long time.
  22. Don't make me gong you.
  23. Well this one isn't missing out anymore. At first I thought it was a fluke, but after 4 or 5 like that you know it's not.
