  1. and try to keep up with current topics. This was from over a year ago.
  2. Ness, are you trying to make a citizens arrest???
  3. I'll have to try that on the younger sisters. The "professionally" installed hackle is supposed to last for 2 to 3 months. We will see. She will be happy if it just makes it till prom this weekend.
  4. My 17 year old daughter is sporting some new hackle as of Friday. It looks pretty cool, don't know if it's $45 worth of cool, but she loves it.
  5. Well it's not because we are scared.
  6. Well alrighty but you are buying the beer.
  7. I doubt it. Seriously foam would be the best option, for me anyway. I like the balsa stuff, but there is to much work involved when you can quickly do the same thing with foam.
  8. It's a pretty simple pattern. The biggest thing is going to be the balsa body. Thomas is big into balsa and carves all the bodies himself.
  9. I believe that if someone interferes or harrasses with a person fishing within the banks of a stream or river that has been accessed by way of a public boat launch put in by the Missouri Department of Conservation, then the harrasser/interferer should be punished to the fullest extent of the law. The state of Missouri has laws in place to keep this from happening and yet it still happens all the time. The only way to stop this type of harrassment and intimidation is to punish the law breakers. This stream, Shoal Creek, has obviously been deemed navigatable by someone in the higher powers of the states government, or the MDC would not have put in, not just one, but five public boat launches on the stream in order for the public to navigate, explore, fish, and clean up trash and debris on the stream. I, Ronnie Moore, strongly demand that something be done in order to correct this wrong doing and to insure that it does not happen again
  10. Yeah I don't really agree with the spooked fish. That's a bit different than having a transmitter inside of them where you can't remove it. Did they release that fish back into the lake with the spook attached?
  11. Thomas (Carolina Fly) ties some awesome flies. He's a really good guy too.
  12. Well that's one way to get what you want. Jump on a new site and act like an butt right out of the gate. NO SHAD FOR YOU!
  13. and a bit of a showoff.
  14. I think you are a sicko, but that has nothing to do with anything fishing related.
  15. Didn't you date one of those guys?
  16. Decent!!! And look at that bloody tail.
  17. At least you caught a trout there. That was a long tough day, but I still had a lot of fun.
  18. The past couple of years I have caught quite a few between Hooten and Shelvin Rock in the middle of the summer. Always smaller fish. I guess they don't all make it back down to the lake.
  19. I fished the 215 bridge this morning. Bunch of small males up there. Talked to a guy that said it was a lot better last week as far as quality of fish.
  20. In a span of 6 hours you go from "gung ho" to "I'm tired"? Must suck getting old.
  21. Yeah I was going to question that total. You know, coming out to a nice even number like that.
  22. Is that right? 9 bucks for a hundred? Sounds like a really good deal.
  23. Funny looking guy, funny looking boat. perfect.
  24. That's weird. Are they going to let you know the outcome?
