  1. I think we might be missing the point. Its not about, if its legal. Not about tournament bass fishing. Not about whether he's telling the truth. Not about frying up a couple of 15" bass. I think the point is about Arsenal bringing up the thought of filleting up 50lbs. of "trophy bass", and defending that action on this forum. If he reads this forum at all, he should have known it would offend many of its readers. I did like the line about filleting up the dog.

How is the moss on the lake bottom? Haven't been on the lake for a couple of weeks now. Just wondering if it has gotten any better or worse. Interested in the Kimberling City area. Thanks.
  3. Webster defines SACRILEGE as: "one who steals sacred things". Trophy bass in Table Rock are considered, almost sacred, to many folks on this forum. Talking about cleaning trophy bass, for any reason, on this forum could be considered disrespectful or even downright stupid.
  4. I don't know what kind of rates they have at Port of Kimberling. But they have just put four brand new house boats into their fleet. None of the older house boats are docked. They may be replacing their whole fleet with new boats. They may be worth checking out.
  5. Come on you can say what general part of the lake you were in. I need the help. Im going down to fish the KC area this week, and I don't feel very confident. But I was going to give that fish dr. a work out.
  6. I feel like this is something I should already know, but, whats a "turd-Worm".
  7. Thanks for the reply. Guess I'm just not fishing in "the right type places". I guess I'll learn sooner or later. I can catch fish at Truman, Lake O, and Fork, but TR is a different thing altogether. Once again thanks for the reply.
  8. I agree with Fozzype. See Scott or Brad.
  9. Can somebody tell me why the fishing in the Kimberling City area is so tough this time of year. I know I should be going up the rivers if I want to catch fish. I've got a condo in the KC area and my boat is on a lift. I don't know the river (James, White, Kings) areas at all. When will the KC area fish start biting?
  10. This may be a stupid question, but I'm a little confused. I'm wondering if you use a side-imageing transducer on the stern or on the trolling moter, or both. And do the side-imegeing transducers work in conjuction with the regular down viewing transducer? And, are the lowrance structure scan units the same set up.
  11. Larry - you sound like a guy I know with a great potato salad recipe. Is that you? And, I like the slot idea.
