I'm disappointed that the primary focus this offseason was not o line. Most of the quaterbacks in this league with a few expections are equal. So why did we go out and spend a lot of money on a quaterback without a good strong line. Maybe I'm crazy but I would think the quaterback would more of a final piece to this geat big puzzle.

With a budget of $145 million dollars it is absolutley unacceptable that people aren't being "educated" or "enforced" to the degree with which a budget of this size should accomodate. I wish I had the time to look up the details but I would guess that the number of agents has remained constant while the popultion continued to explod. And Bill is correct that the focus of what little enforcement time is available is on deer and turkey. The turkey has helped to wipeout the bobwhite. And when asked if I would rather have an agent spend his day watcihng a mechanical deer to see if some guy does or doesn't go into a gate before he shoots or spends the day protecting Smallmouth I would choose the later. IMHO of course.

This is a good group of concerned missouri citizens. If the mdc monitors this forum then can't they offer some insight to our concerns. Possibly respond to them either pubically on here or through PM to contributors?

Not sure. It was raw sewage that was released (in lieu of spilled) into Fall Creek do a power issue at a lift station. The fishing was really good on saturday then on Sunday the fishing was horrible. As much water that is being released right now that waste is probably in Gulf of Mexico now.

I have fished countdown rapalas on the white and caught huge rainbows and nice browns. I never catch fish on Taney like I do on the White. On the white we fish gold and black and throw them 90 degrees to the bank and reel them fast back to the boat. I only catch them on rooster tails when trolling.

Did you recommend that they fish with Phil next time ? Or better yet "Looks like you guys really have the hang of this, I think you should go buy your own rods and reels at Lilley's and take one of his boats out on your own. I would love to see that mess on the water.
