    Great post! I'd love to get back to Montana/Wyoming in the summer and fish again. I've had a blast every time I've been!

    I'm hoping they do better simply because it really effects the morale around Fayetteville when they play badly. I had fun at the game and while tailgating, well until the lightening chased us off. I think the new coach will do well, as he ran a running style offense in Wisconsin and was fairly successful. That's SEC style football so hopefully it'll transition.

    Last season we bought tickets for the Razorback game against Kentucky early in the season. By the time the game rolled around, people were giving tickets away. The stands weren't full by any means, and even the tailgating was sub par. I live in Fayettevile so I'm use to all the fan pandemonium, but last season was rather weak. I'm by no means a Hog fan, but they lost a lot of their support and it was noticeable.

    Quoting Happy Gilmore "golf requires goofy pants and a fat butt." I like to play it, sure, but like many of the activities in the Olympics I don't see it as a sport. Im glad an American won I guess.

    US took down El Salvador 5-1 to move on to the semifinal. I wish I had the money to go to Dallas to watch them play!

    My thoughts exactly. As long as you do better than Arkansas, Vandy, and Kentucky, it won't be too bad of a season.

    That's too bad. Nice to see fellow soccer fans on the forum through! On a positive note, the US is looking good for WC qualifications and in the Gold Cup. It's nice to see Donovan back on the pitch.

    The further up highway 10 you can go, the better. Traffic slows down a little during the weekdays as well.

    You can get a good start up kit offline or at a fly shop/sporting goods store. That's how I started.

    That really sucks. I drive from NWA and fish over there quite a bit myself. I'll keep my stuff close just in case!

    Had a buddy that went to the Academy in Ft. Smith AR and picked up a $200 St. Croix fly rod for $99. They have some good deals from time to time! That's where I got my first kayak too.

    I'm in Fayetteville and would like to get in on some golf course fishing. Will they not just let you on to fish?

    I've got a pair of Patagonia waders and I love them! They fit good, breath, and have been durable over the past two years so far. I got them last summer before my trip to the San Juan and they've held up to brush, rocks, and extensive fishing. Good choice!

    I'd rather lose a fish or two then have to pull a hook out of me, so I always make my hooks barbless. Even my spinning tackle I go barbless. Glad you got squared away!
