  4. Good job guys. Sorry I couldn't make it.
  5. I was wading up Hickory creek doing some trout fishing, when I saw this in the creek. It was in a riffle about a foot deep, it looked alive the way it was positioned on the creek bottom.
  6. Thanks Chief We need to get a float planned out somewhere.
  7. Congrats! that is a very nice fish.
  8. Figured I would work with her today a little, try to teach her to stay back a little ways while I fished. She didn't do to bad for her first trip. She enjoyed the fish and helped sniff out some good spots Didn't go to far since Rosie was tagging along but caught some fish on crankbaits and tubes.
  9. Thanks Buzz, the kids had a blast. Same as before, black and blue tube. It was to hot to be out there, and Andrew and I was trying to catch some bait for a trotline. Gave up on the bait idea pretty quick since they weren't biting, made a couple casts with the tube while waiting on Andrew to finish up and he hit. Any time you want to go, give me a shout.
  10. Andrew and I with some snapper and shark from the gulf. Jack and I sardine fishing half moon bay California Shark and bat ray fishing in San Francisco bay largemouth from a pond
  11. Looks like a good trip. Im sure Buzz will catch a biggun next time. Your right, cranks are the ticket right now, thats what I caught them on today at shoal.
  12. Thanks guys. Sounds good Chief, my legs are feeling the pain from wading 2 days in a row.
  13. Did a little wading today with my son Andrew. Fishing was pretty good, no bigguns but plenty of action. I was goggleye king with over 20 today. I was using mostly grubs and tubes. Andrew was catching lots of smallies with a rebel crawdad. Lots of bass had fresh crawdads poking out of them.
  14. Sorry about that Buzz, Yep, made it to Texas, then went to California a week later with the family. Had a busy July The kids and I caught some fish in both places so it was good. Forget to tell you, I did catch a decent bass from the pond in June, my largest from there so far. Hope everthing has been going well for you. Fishin
  15. Just saw this, Thats a great looking fish!
  16. Love the crawdad! Looks like you guys had a great time, and the fish were biting good.
  17. Took the boys to the river for a night out away from home, and give Mom a break for a little while. My brother and a friend were already there getting the lines baited up. Not a lot of action on rod and reel, but we got a keeper off the trotline. The boys had fun catching bait and setting some jug lines out. Here is a couple pics of the boys.
  18. Sorry to hear that. Was there any signs posted in that area? Should have gave the cell phone to the Sherrif to talk it over with the MDC agent.
  19. If only that would happen just a little more often. I kept waiting for something like that yesterday, never happened tho. Sounds like you had a great time while it lasted. Great pics of some nice fish. Fishin

  22. Sounds good Chief. I knew you and several others on here fish these creeks, they dont need to much traffic.
  23. Sorry guys, I made that name up due to the amount of turtles I seen. Shoot me a pm and I will get back to you. Cricket, I use a olympus 850sw. The price has really come down on these compared to what I paid. I believe I saw them at Sams club for 159 awhile back.
  24. Here are some pictures of a small creek I waded today. The main creeks and rivers are still a little full of rain water.
