i had a 14" jon with a 36" wide bottom i bought it and sold it after the first time i used it. now if you are light weight person and pretty agile you might work ok for you. but you will regret buying a 14+ foot boat. me im a pretty large person that 14" er i thought i was in a canoe. darn neat fell out of two times in that day. 4 sale sign went on it next day. my opinion a 10 foot boat is useless. not if you had a 1-3 acre farm pond might work. you just might find a better deal on a 14" jon with all you want on it. oh if you have small kids or a wife who might want to go with you that 10 footer is not safe with two in it check out some new boat mfgr's see what the weight capacity's are for a 10,12,14+' you need a stable boat . i had a guide tell me on the illinois river that just about all drownings of men died with there zipper down think about that . is a small boat safe enough to stand up in. no idea how large the rivers you talking about big river is no place for any small boat .big boat wakes make for some white knuckle times. look on your rivers see what others are using. ask at boat dealers for recommendations they sell a lot of small jon boats go to a dealer that has more jon boats than big bass boatsyou can find a nice little boat from a dealer at a better price in nov. than june. he might have one you like at your budget.

i have a boat i need to sell.hull needs new floor old floor has been removed . just lay down ply wood. has a 33 hp motor that runs. trailer is very good just spent $90.00 on two new 12" radial tires for it. selling for the price of the trailer has load guides on trailer. wont separate buy one buy all.for this price you can throw away the boat and mtr. need to sell cant keep two boats at my apartment building . i need the money to buy a new steering set up for new boat i bought today land lord going to have a fit when he sees another boat in the yard. located in bull shoals, ar first person who knockes on my door with cash gets it.

what makes lead hill so popular ? seems like the turnys are ether out of lead hill or bull shoals boat dock. never been to lead hill yet. is it better fishing around there of just better boat trailer parking area?

i live in bull shoals ,ar. not sure what to swap for good boat hull 15-foot alum or glass as long as it does not need a new floor like the boat i have now. a few gallons of resin and fiberglass mat and cloth. heck what you have ? 10-20 hp long shaft motor. real nice fish locator. pistol if your in AR.

the Oakland ramp should be good any water level it's a sloping think you could launch from 1/2 way up the parking lot if water is very high. i live one mole from the dam launch and less than 1/2 mile from bull shoals boat dock free ramp. now i need to get my boat water ready needs new floor.

it's a 7.62X39 cal. it is a chineese norinco semi automatic. uses 10 round stripper clips or can buy Tapco 2- 30 round mags for it also the ammo i have is 100 rounds of surplus and 40 rounds of hollow point s. it is in real nice shape from what i can tell its a pre ban imported before the clinton ban.

the ramp in fairview and the dam site ramp were being used last summer when lake was up something like 26 foot not sure what the lead hill ramp is like never been there yet.

you can go to the dam site launch you will have no problem at all was there yesterday. the ramp over in lakeview is iffy. take 178 west over the dam first place you can turn right is dam site launch there's a sign it's free
