  1. I will be in a black and blue stratos with Drury Bass Team on the side of it. Stop by and say hello
  2. I would recommend the Mill Creek Tournaments over the Cape Fair ones. Joe runs a good, fair tournament, plus it has a good pay back
  3. Had a tough day on the rock today. Fished points with timber and wind both deep and somewhat shallow. Only had one bite. Fished jerkbaits, grubs and jigs. Talked to several pro and they either had one bite or no bites as they were getting off the water. I didnt see any shad dying so that made it rough. I did mark some fish but they where in 50' of water. Seems like all the pros I say today where fishing shallow. If they can pull a pattern doing that, more power to them. I fished mainly around the dam and the water temp was 40-43*. It was a little too windy to fish a jerkbait properly for me today. Hope someone else had better luck than me!
  4. Do you still have the 9mm?
  5. I fished the Indian point area and had nice success on a crankbait for once! I had 4 nice fish and was having a good day till a nice 3lb LM decieded that it was time to end the day by putting a 6/0 gama treble up my thumb while he was still attached! Had to go to the doc to get it pulled beings it was burried to the bone in my thumb! But other than the ending it was nice to finally find some crankbait fish that would bite. All where lm's too!
  6. If I am coming from Aunts Creek, where is Buttermilk springs and campers point?
  7. Hey Whach'em, I will be out there in a black and blue stratos w/ a 225 pro xs that say Drury Bass Team, swing by and say hello
  8. Went out today and fished around the dam area and around kimberling city area today with decent success. In the dam area we mainly fished swimbaits and shakey heads with ok success, two that were around 4# with several others that were shorts or swimmers. K/C area had a good jig bite today on pea gravel/ chunck rock banks in about 15-20' of water. Had several nice smallies on a jig along with several short that really thought they were something, hopefully one day they will be!
  9. I have found the same stuff you have Capt. Joe. I know you guys are going to laugh but I have been having good luck on an Optima Swimbait on the deeper sides of the bedding areas. It might not produce numbers but it is producing good fish.
  10. A '99 black and blue Stratos that says Drury Bass Team on it with a 225 Pro XS
  11. Like the theory I use when bow hunting and someone makes a marginal shot. When in doubt back out, or in this case when in doubt it doesnt hurt to give someone even more extra room than you think. Its a safe bet that if you can land your lure in his boat you are WAY TOO close, so if in doubt give the guy plenty of room. Besides there is alot of water on Table Rock
  12. I was at Roarke yesterday and didnt see any. I did find some over on Beaver Creek up off the F hwy bridge though!
  13. The man you should talk to is Micheal at Backcountry Outfitters in Springfield. Its right next to Fin and Feather.
  14. I was going to head down to beaver this coming weekend and see if I could find any stripers. Has anyone been hearing any reports about catching them?
  15. Just so some of you guys that are on a budget like me know, I think it is Academy that has them but they are called h2o baits. They are made in the same plant as lucky craft and are about a third of the cost. They are the exact same bait. Profile, action and everything. I thought you guys might like to know that. I know that they have them in Joplin.
  16. Has anyone been catching any bass on Beaver lately?
