Duckydoty and I took the kiddos and a couple of my son's buddies to RRSP for a beautiful spring day of fishing. The park didn't seem to be as crowded as we were anticipating it would be on such a nice day. I found a spot just below the hatchery bridge. Everyone, except my daughter, who was feeling just a little under the weather, caught fish.
Here's my lunker of a lifetime. She is the biggest fish I've ever landed, trout or otherwise. Caught her on a hot pink San Juan worm. She was 25" and just over 8 1/4 lbs. Fought her for about 10 minutes. I'm not sure who was more excited, me or my hubby ! Still can't believe I landed her . What an awesome day!
Enjoy the photos of our day!!!
