It’s been pretty dull cooking-wise around here lately. But...tonight I took some frozen tomatoes (from the garden) and made a quick sauce with olive oil, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and white wine. Simmered it all down into a respectable sauce that was tossed with some linguine, basil from out back and a little grated Romano cheese, because that’s what I had. Pretty good, simple dinner.
