  1. Brand New in Box - $55 for all 3 GP Pro Table Rock GG Flashing Wakasagi GP Skeleton Tennessee I can meet up in Springfield and surrounding areas.
  2. I know I could just make the 50min drive to check it out myself but if anyone has been down there recently, how low is the water at the dam area? Are they running anything through the gates?
  3. If all variables were the same (temp, depth, etc) go fishing when they ARE generating and then when they are NOT... 8/10 its almost like night and day. Of course this is just my personal observations and I've come to not even go fishing if they are not generating.
  4. Well now I'm told by my brother who is a crappie enthusiast that the picture is actually a few months old already and some rumor says it wasn't from Mizzou, idk. Surprised I just heard of it now, oh wells.
  5. Well here's the picture. Now I wonder how much Basspro will pay for the record bass...
  6. I think we talking about the same fish then lilley. Yeah, I don't know the whole story except my friend was just told it was from Table Rock.
  7. Had a friend show me a picture of some guy with a 5lb 4oz crappie that was said to come out of table rock. Story goes that Basspro paid him 22K on the spot to put the fish in their aquarium. Anybody heard this? The crappie was HUGE in the picture. I can see if my friend can send me the picture later.
  8. Nope, no stripers yet. Was down there the other day, no running water until 8pm. Caught 1 white and 3 bass. Didnt see anybody with striper gear either. Might still be a little early maybe, idk. Lots of 2" shads all along the shorelines with finicky bass right under them.
  9. Its always been a low key subject. Its hard to get any word about stripers being up by the dam unless you go down there yourself and talk to the people.
  10. You'll see some BIG bass in there. But, man they are hard to fool. Nothing worked, not jigs, not spinners, not topwater. Only managed 1 good 2.5lber by a senko. I was throwing a frog into the weed patches and guess what, caught a frog lol. Havent had time to explore the whole lake though.
  11. Got into some good topwater action while the COE ran good amounts of water. Caught good amount of hybrids in the 16-18" range with whites mixed in and even some bass. Lots of fun. Seen some 5-7lbers come out too. The water is murky so throw chrome or chartreuse topwaters. If the carps come in the bunches to play, go to the opposite side to fish. Water level is higher and is covering the rocks on the east side. Fish by the fence on the east side or by the cement runoff area on the west side. I didnt pay attention to the crappie fishermen but the crappie I seen come out where not keeper size. A few guys with nice cats on their lines also.
  12. BTW seen 2 older gentlemen the other day slay the heck out of them and for sure had to of limited out long ago but kept hanging fish on but waited til night fall to leave. Not sure if they did that on purpose or what.
  13. I'll tell you what. It aint no rumor....
  14. I'd say my favorite is the Senko. Catches bass time in and time out. For excitement, anything topwater to get them exploding out of the water or chasing the lure is the most fun.
  15. Nice. Me and my buddy pulled out 6 LMB with plastics around submerged timber, fishing from the bank. Water got a little stained from the rain.
  16. Went from 8am-3pm. Not enough water running through the gates to create aggressive feeding action on top. Did manage a few small whites on sliders and crappie jigs but too small to consider keeping. I did manage a few LMB on topwater and plastic worms. Other than that, the place was pretty dead to tell you the truth. Action was slow all around. And the worst part was that it was hot, humid and sticky. Evening to night fishing might be better.
  17. Hmmm, seems hard to push a 7ft spinning rod. I'll let it go for $180 picked up in Springfield. If you've never used a Dobyns, they are very good rods.
  18. Used in good condition. Normal wear. Minor cork stains. Will clean before shipping. Purchased earlier this year for jerkbaits. $240 picked up or $265 shipped. Located in Springfield. Also posted on Tackle Tour. 7’4″ 1pc. 6-12lb, 1/8-1/2oz, Med/Light Fast Emjay
  19. Forsyth side. Caught them on Flukes and Megabass Vision 110s. Stop.....and go presentation.
  20. Eat, Sleep, Fish.
  21. Dont see too many of those come by. Great catch. Was down a few days ago but only managed a short. But man, had a blast with catching 3lb smallies.
  22. Cost my Silverado $30 to go back and forth from Springfield. Well worth it when the bite is on, especially topwater IMO.
  23. Bounce a beetle around. You'll get some big ones. Never had them but my buddy always tells me how good they taste.
  24. The banks are definitely lined up so grab your spots early. Everyone seems to be catching something so you dont have to worry about getting skunked making the long drive there. Anything with chartreuse is getting bit. Between my brother and I, we must of pulled out about 20 whites/small hybrids, 50 crappies (very very few over 11") and 8-9 largemouths/kentuckies. Only kept the whites. Was mainly going after big hybrids but they were not there.
