  1. Bring about 3 bags of ice melt that will do the trick
  2. I think the crappie fishing is pretty fair right now have seen a couple guys pull some eye's out while jigging for crappie. I have not been bass fishing at all lately so can't help you there but I imagine if you get a stick bait bite they should be decent fish. I am going Thurs. but don't know where yet we might head to T Rock. Good Luck
  3. congrats on your final standings
  4. just curious what is too deep i crappie fish the heck out of stockton and most of the time i am in no less than 30 ft of water fish 45 to 60 all the time crappie will suspened and school above brush but they are two very different lakes
  5. It was a cold one but fishing turned out to be great got to watch an eagle for a bit.We had it slow but the others did good took 6 lbs. and some change to win.You should throw on the warmest clothes you got and come out.
  6. We pulled in to the weigh in to notice a nice 3 pounder floating and another 2-2 1/2 doing the same both fish where lively but could not go down got to do a better job in my opinion let the air out of them deep fish and if not might as well keep them they are just going to die I watched 2 die in front of me and could do nothing about it these are sport fish we use them to make money and to to have a good time not feed the turtles!!! So guys please try to keep all fish alive and release them the same way they were when you caught them.
  7. Well guess I will partner up with Vince and see how we do not as cold as it has been is what i keep telling my self call me at noon and see if i still say the same.
  8. No can't make this one but I might get out there in 19 degree weather I do it deer hunting might as well do it fishing but I would like to see winter Bass Tournaments
  9. You can always call me I know you don't personally know me but when some one mentions fish you don't have to ask me twice!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. What do you mean If you have a Fish-Off??
  11. Them sure are some nice fish now all I got to do is get my dad off the couch and take him out I think I could use a limit of whites. It sure is nice to see what your keying in on when graphing these fish.Means alot to those who have never had any one to teach them every one learns some where.
  12. Check into Red Wing Lodge see what you think
  13. should have called me I would have brought my Champion to you hope you saw more deer than I did. When does the Thursday evening tourneys start back up?
  14. I am still here posting as I fish
  15. Fished this whole week end in big creek one point the whole time 7 keepers with the biggest fish at 4.5 nice LM on a craw. Most of our fish were sitting 15-20 ft over 60 -70 ft of water lots of deep K's on a a green pumpkin tube it was good fun since we didn't see any deer to shoot
  16. Brad the tourney had alot of boats show up and some good bags weighed I brought a crappie in that was a pound and a half good fish was a fun tournament everyone won some thing great sponsor I strongly recommened every one fish these never know 7 fish any thing can happen
  17. No only one on the spinner bait the other two where caught on a tube and shaky head rig
  18. Went out of Big Bay worked our way to Campbell point had a few shorts no keeepers ran to point 9 had a solid three on a spinnerbait.Partner had a keeper kentucky and smallie. The Ky and the smallie was at Joe Bald it was a tough night for us.
  19. Not for me they moved deeper but are really hard to catch fished a crappie tournament sat and only caught one crappie it was in 42ft. of water the whites are about 15-16ft deep on flats we caught 7 or 8 of them but no walleye. I think your humps with fish on them are a good place to start working right now the weather is just too screwy. If the water would heat back up to the mid 60's I would do better. Going this week end will let you know how I do.
  20. I think the weather played a big part in the 12lbs. but never know. It's going to get real cold so let see what these fish are going to do next
  21. If you are refering to USA Bassin my uncle came in third with four keepers 3 of which was on the buzz not a white one but none the less a buzz bait and I can tell you myself i have been tearing them big fish up on a buzz in the morning in the creeks
  22. I am ready my boats ready where are the people who fished this tourney??? If we don't find no one I guess I can become a designated weigh-in man and just wish it was me weighing them fish. I am sure some one wants to fish for free and a chance to win wish I got offers like that they don't come often that's for sure
  23. I have noticed on my last two outings and today that the walleye fishing is amazing right now on the Big Sac Arm on points in the dam to 215 bridge area I have been catching these fish in 22-27 ft depth on points. There will be tons of 12-13 inchers but alot of keepers as well New Orleans Trail area all those points are a good place to try seen many nice 23-28 in walleyes caught in this area recently.
  24. Maybe you should try to focus on hitting lay downs in turkey creek go to the back of the creek and work your way out fishing shaded and wind blown banks can't give you the baits but you should do well let me know if try it and have any success been doing really well in this area on cloudy days
