the reason for the semantics is .. natl parks are different than recreation areas the ONSR is a recreation area Is the Eleven point river a Natl park or a Natl forest since it is managed by the forest service? That's not true. I have met with the Supt and the CLEO many times and thats Exactly what they say. IF said person is dirty they lose benefits for 3 yrs. The case workers did not want this law. A law that would have tested everyone would have worked.

I wouldnt park there, have somebody drop you off. The land that the County road goes across is private property . The County has an easement which gives you the right of way, no other rights such as parking. The county probably owns the bridge but you'll get towed there,too. Go to the Court house and get the land owners contact info and ask permission.
