Nuclear fallout is caused by bombs, not by leaks. Even if a plant melts down(highly unlikely) the odds of a cloud of radioactive air is minimal at best. BP is owned by a British company. The people operating the platform told the BP company man what was wrong and they refused to fix the problem. Nuclear plant hands down. they bring lots of jobs and money to the area.
