Phil, Eric, Don, Please add to this your updates and hopfully we will get this blessed question answered:

Ramps I am launching on.

Cricket Creek off the hwy. Lots of space for rigs and people are lanching there.

State Park, No problem

39 Bridge at Shell Knob Ok, but may find some debris

Big Bay Ramp at Shell Knob Very Good limited parking

Campbell Pt at Shell Knob Ok but shallow, no problem with shorts or a companion

H Hwy at Shell Knob Good parking and lots of space

Eagle Rock Good parking and lots of space

Baxter 2 roads shallow easy with shorts or a companion

Kimberling Inn Good limited parking

These are the ramps and roads I have been launching on with no problem the other guys will give you their spots. That is 9 ramps from Long Creek to Eagle Rock, and I am sure the boys will have more.

So Bill were can I launch at? Just kidding, from East of Kimberling City to Dam down to Long Creek only State Park is open good ramp but loaded with guide trucks and really bad on a hard south wind day.. I also heard you can put in a Aunts Creek on the new ramp only, but you need a buddy, not 100% sure but a few rumbles of that. Also seen guys launching at Mill Creek but very limited parking even worst on the weekend, need buddy.

Good Wading Everyone

Unless Aunt's Creek has changed a bunch since Sunday.....I would go somewhere else. Even on the far end is icky pooh.

Icky Poo :o

To have a true friend is wonderful, to have a true friend who fishes with you....... priceless

Thanks Bill! Now that they've shut most of the water off that should answer the question for a while.

The new ramp at Cow Creek is also open and has plenty of parking Bill. Sun. morning befor the Pro Am, me and Brad Butler were the only ones down there, we both helped each other launch our boats and were off and runnin in about 5 min. If you are using this ramp as an alternative to running over to Kimberling to fish a tourney, make sure you know the lake well enough to run in the dark!! Good fishin and thanks Bill!

Thanks for the information on launch ramps. I think I'm going to give Eagle Rock a try this weekend.

How do I deal with those who ignore the 50 yard encroachment rule?......I show them just how accurate I am with a crank bait! rtj4bb.gif
