Some may care where it came from, but I wouldn't tell either! You could fill us in on the lure and whether or not you C&R a beautiful fish like that. I'm guessing it went over 20"? If so, that is a trophy of a lifetime for an ozark smallie. Congrats to her and you as well.

The fish measured about 19 inches. Bobbi is a petite lady (about5'-1"). She caught it on a Zoom Finesse Tube in pumkin pepper/green rigged on an 1/8 ounce leadhead. The fish was photographed and released. Thanks for the kudos. I'm very proud of my little lady. B) Dan-o

Could be from the Ouachita Mtn. drainage? I wouldn't tell either, it takes too long to grow a trophy brownie. Dan-O, you ought to try a 4"ringworm on a 3/16 jighead. I've caught some toads on those things when they won't touch a tube.

Getting warm there RiverRunner. But that's as far as I'm going on this one. I'll give the ringworm a try when we float the Kings weekend after next. B) Dan-o
