Jeremy Hunt Posted October 6, 2008 Posted October 6, 2008 Bman, great fish!! Looks like your just down from the chute. Did you catch that cruising in the calm current along the bank up above chute 1 or down from it. And was she feeding aggressively? Accept the drift.....<>>><flysandguides.comVisit my blog

Bman Posted October 7, 2008 Author Posted October 7, 2008 Bman, great fish!! Looks like your just down from the chute. Did you catch that cruising in the calm current along the bank up above chute 1 or down from it. And was she feeding aggressively? Jeremy, Thanks, yes just above #1. She was hanging out with a few others about the same size, and a monster Rainbow that must have been at least 30". There wasn't a big munch going on. I think it was steal the bugs before the other guys see it, just before she took, a 20" male rainbow did just that to her. Had the bugs drifting down her feeding lane to her, and the sneaky Rainbow stole the flies from her. I had a talk with that Rainbow. Second drift did the trick. Regards, Bman The only good line is a tight line
