Catch & Release Friday

[Bman]

Fished C&R Fri. with a little rain, a lot of sprinkles. There's a few pigs in there, a LOT of chinass trout. It doesn't appear that they stocked the overall quality of fish I've seen in past years.

The real thrill of the day was when I was looking up above the bridge in the no fishing zone. A HUGE Bald Eagle scoping out the trout below. Awesome. He spooked before I could get a pic. He was one of the biggest I've seen.

I managed a few pigs, here's one I was able to get a pic of.

The crowd wasn't bad. But bad enough to have one person in all my fav spots... so I would do some walking, and looking till I found an opening.

Nice trout. That's a huge net, but you are used to catching BIG fish so I see why you would carry it!
