What is everyone's favorite size, color, etc of jerkbaits? Never really thrown a jerkbait much but thought we may give it a try after this front. Thanks.

There are a lot of good jerkbaits out there.I like to use Lucky craft pointer 100 in aurora black and chartreuse shad.X-Rap X10 in olive back and 4 1/2" suspending Rouge's in chrome with a black or blue back.I don't think that you can go wrong with any of these.....I also have a box full of custom painted Rouges but we wont go there

I have to agree, you can't go wrong with the classic rouge color pattern (black back and orange belly). I've also had success with the olive colored X-rap as well. I've caught quite a few with both of these patterns the last couple of weeks at Table Rock.

By the way, what do the World Series and gay bears have in common? NO CUBS.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned the Clown colors or the Table Rock Shad patterns. I have about every brand and color imaginable, but I ordered some of the Spro McSticks after Bill posted the picture of the nice smallmouths he caught on them. I like to use them up in Michigan too, but those darn Northern Pike can eat one in one swipe.
