Im hear close to 3 up to 4 between today and tomorrow.. and maybe a inch more tomorrow night.. Ground is saturated from a couple days ago. and last nights / this morning..... we are soaked!! for the next 24 hour it is going to get more and heavier..... So by Wensday.. If the caculation are right (1 in equals (just over) 1 foot on Table rock.... We can see table rock in the lower 920's..... ****** Still got more rain next week******* http://www.taneycomonights.com

It has been this way ever since I can remeber I started fishing Taneycomo when I was 10 years old. Just something you have to deal with when it comes to tailwaters. I can bet you though there are plenty of waters to fish when they are running water at Taney. Just to name a few the State Parks,Crane Creek,Capps Creek, James river,Flat creek, Beaver Creek, So basically what I am saying dont let Taney get you down when they are running water 24/7, there are plenty of other species to catch on a fly rod or spining rod. It would be unusual if they DIDN'T run alot of water in the spring. That's just the way it is on man made reservoirs and tailwaters. But compared to last year, we're in good shape.

With the rivers swelled and the Lake up, do you think they will be running a lot of water through this weekend, barring we do not get anymore rain?
