rps Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 Seeing this list almost intimidates me from listing my own. But then I remind myself how little I paid and feel much better. Hardly any of you come this far up lake, but, if you do, look for the tan center console 18' Xpress with a Yamaha 90 and a short, grizzled, stoutly built driver.
Quillback Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 Speaking of Xpress, I have a 17' sorta flat greenish colored Xpress. 60HP Yamaha. I have an Ozark angler sticker on the port side. I don't fish TR very much, but I do fish the White river arm every once in a while above Holiday Island.
motoman Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 Good idea Troy! - I've got an 86 Basscat Pantera, Silver and Blue with Evinrude 150 on the back.
Rolan Duffield Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 I have a Ranger 207 Cherokee aluminum boat with a 115 Yahama. Will be at Taney next week with one of my sons, Richard. Rolan
Members LarryC Posted April 25, 2009 Members Posted April 25, 2009 better known as the BIG Blue Tanker Don I have a 2000 Starcraft Pro Elite...sometimes know as the BIG Black Tanker. Twin outboards (sorta) on the back...9.9 Johnson Sailmaster and a 150 Mercury (non discrimination). Sometimes we do have a little advantage like yesterday with gale force winds. I was cruising down the lake at 35 mph in comfort when I looked back and saw two of them little boats tucked up behind me. I call Beaver my home but hope to get up on the rock a few times this year. Edited to add pics just for Bman. First fish caught out of the BIG Black Tanker...had a third one in the livewell but he was far to heavy for me to hold up for a picture. Rainy day in the dock with one of the relations kid. Making Beaver Lake safe for all the little fish...one striper at a time.
Bman Posted April 25, 2009 Posted April 25, 2009 Guys, If you can post pics of yer rig! Yep I always read books by the pictures. Hey THANKS Larry C ! One problem, we can't hardly see the boat behind those huge fish! and your big smile! and the big one isn't pictured? The only good line is a tight line
