Bill Babler Posted May 17, 2009 Posted May 17, 2009 That is the exact one Take a look at that beauty, and tell me that won't catch-em. I have never had an inline spinner that works better or is more attractive to chasing fish. I guess if I wasn't so lazy I could have gone to the boat and seen the name printed on the blade. I kept thinking titanem, should have put together terminator. Only trouble is now, I'll have to order somemore of them. Thanks a bunch Moto. Just felt someone would know the brand and had seem them. Have you given them a try? If not they are deadly. Good Luck http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
motoman Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 No problemo Bill! - I didn't even know they made inline spinners?!?! They look fantastic. I definitely will have to pick up a few of those. They really are some of the best looking spinners I've seen. - I've always been a Mepps or PantherMartin guy, like you mentioned previously.
skeeter Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 You know... I love the "bite" on topwater soooooo well I don't care about the hook-ups.. You know what I mean? And a big AMEN to that ! Topwater, topwater, topwater....it's where it's at. Just LMAO watching them chase it and seeing a big "blow-up" get's my heart started again !!! Sometimes when a hot fish just keeps after that Spook and you hear that big sucking noise they make trying to inhale it I get to laughing so darn hard I lose the cadence in walking the dog and have to stop and start all over again, which will many times get you bit ! Something we used to to do years ago was if the guy in the front of the boat was missing fish on a moving topwater, the "back-seater" would follow up with a white painted spinner bait run just under the surface and not quite "waked". Just let the rear blade break the surface once in a while like a fleeing shad.
FRENZEL Posted May 18, 2009 Posted May 18, 2009 Mine were definitely Kentuckys.. Had 2 in the boat and several to boatside. The fattys. 3lb'ers. I am sure there were a few whites mixed in because there were a few of those poppin boiling frenzies. I was just always outta range on those. It had been a while since I caught a few good kentuckies though. Was nice to get em on top. Of course not as nice as the big smallies on top but almost. snakem Posted May 20, 2009 Posted May 20, 2009 HEY B Babler those spookes are bad 2 the bone as the red fin which u know. but as far as all thoughs missed bites I love that little thing called the slim dog, like a sammy in black top and sliver bottom. It seams to me I get more hook ups with it than I do the spook. And they just slam them Just my 2 cents but been doing real well on them Snakem Out.
