we're coming down in a couple of weeks...was wondering if there's a golf course in forsyth?

i see on the web where there's suppose to be one...but i also see where it's closed.

any of you locals like playing golf -- if so where?

thanks

That course in Forsyth has been closed for some time now. I would recommend Branson Creek or Murder Rock. Amazing courses.

i was hoping for something a little more off the beaten path...something where i might take the family, and not have to worry about pace of play.

I don't think Holiday Hills gets very busy but I haven't played it years. It's real rock pile though. I used to take the kids and my dad there. Maybe somebody has some more recent info for you.

There is a mini course in Rockaway...not too sure of their hours. There is also a nice little par 3 "city" course in Branson with a big playgrouond for the kids. I think it is called Don Gardner Par Three....easy to find.

Have a GREAT trip!

If you liked the sound....Thank the engineer!

Yeah, for a true relaxed family outing the Don Gardner par 3 in Branson would be your best bet.

I like the Holiday Hills course well enough... but they can get a bit uptight about pace.
