Wayne SW/MO Posted April 22, 2006 Posted April 22, 2006 gone Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Flysmallie Posted April 24, 2006 Posted April 24, 2006 Why are you selling something I want when I don't have the money??
hank franklin Posted April 24, 2006 Posted April 24, 2006 How long is the canoe? What kind of seats? How heavy? I'm definitely interested. Wayne, just got the specs from the OT website. 85 lbs. is a bit on the heavy side, and I don't like that wood bar in front of the stern seat. I imagine you could take that off. I like the 16-9 length. I'm interested. I don't suppose your price includes delivery?
Wayne SW/MO Posted April 25, 2006 Author Posted April 25, 2006 I believe its sold. The weight is the reason I want to sell it, combined with the length its just too much for me now. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Wayne SW/MO Posted April 29, 2006 Author Posted April 29, 2006 Well both my buyers backed out, not because of the canoe, but for other reasons. Where do you live Hank? Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
ollie Posted April 30, 2006 Posted April 30, 2006 I'll buy it if you throw in the Mohawk and the Pam too!! "you can always beat the keeper, but you can never beat the post" There are only three things in life that are certain : death, taxes, and the wind blowing at Capps Creek!
Wayne SW/MO Posted May 11, 2006 Author Posted May 11, 2006 BPS is running them on sale at $559, I believe it is, at any rate I'll drop to $500 for the month. Of course I've already paid the sales tax. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Forsythian Posted May 15, 2006 Posted May 15, 2006 Wayne, does this boat have the molded "butt" seats? I like the 169, but I'd like to be able to turn it around and paddle it solo on occasion. Cenosillicaphobiac
Wayne SW/MO Posted May 15, 2006 Author Posted May 15, 2006 It does have the Molded seats. I've paddled in the Molded seats backward, but with a Sitbacker on them, and their alright that way. Today's release is tomorrows gift to another fisherman.
Gavin Posted May 16, 2006 Posted May 16, 2006 The molded seats in the Disco suck but replacement cane seats run about $30 each...$500 for a Disco is a pretty good asking price. Think Old Town lists them for $825. Cheers.
