Okay, time to see if there's anyone out there as gravel-bar obsessed as I. Photo was taken Sunday morning on an Ozark gravel bar. Who knows where?

Hank, from what I gather you're in the eastern part of our great state. Can't name that gravel bar bud, but, lot's of fog in the morning this last weekend (and week). Somewhere on the Meramec maybe? If nobody gets it, give the ones who know it a clue, although it might not be needed. Looks great to me though!

Ya got me. That was just a wild guess. I have no idea. I guess I don't pay that close of attention to gravel bars.

Meramec at Suicide Hill? if so that bar has gotten pretty small...2nd choice...11pt between Greer and Whitten.

I like getting a good one to camp on, but I guess I'm usually looking at the other side of the river, since that's where I'm fishing.
