Nortrad Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 2 1/2 lb. and 3 lb., 20", that's works for me, cancelling out the long stretches of no activity. Interesting the Current was off and the 11 Point and N. Fork were 'on' on the 19th, according to the posts. Thanks for the info Al. Monitoring the levels this week, more rain on Thursday. Such a terrible tease, the sultry Current...
Gavin Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Thats the Current....Brown trout are fickle, they are usually on/or off and they are very sensitive to light and fishing pressure...Get there first or be there last, pick your spots carefully, use something that might interest a nice brown trout, make your first cast count, and dont waste time fishing all the water..Cherry pick and move. Peak feeding periods dont last that long. Cheers.
joeD Posted October 27, 2009 Posted October 27, 2009 Brokeback Current - "I wish I knew how to quit you..."
Nortrad Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 Thanks also to you Al, great info you guys are sharing. I also agree that the Current trout get 'hit' alot, lotsa fisherman, especially Saturdays.
