fishinwrench Posted October 28, 2009 Posted October 28, 2009 I call a tie, between the 4th one and the last one. The 4th is a good calendar shot. The last is...."Hallmark"...all the way.
Members BobK Posted October 28, 2009 Members Posted October 28, 2009 Can I ask what you are shooting with...camera and lenses. I am looking at a new Canon D-7 with a 18-200 IS lense......might be a Christmas present to myself. You ain't a live'n if your not a fish'n
brownieman Posted October 28, 2009 Author Posted October 28, 2009 Was an old manual 35 mm Canon with a promaster 52 mm UV zoom / macro lens. I aint no expert by any means, the lens also has 200 on it so I'm not sure, it may be a 200 but it doesn't say mm behind it and it does the 52...for some reason what little memory I have left tells me it's a 200 but I'm not sure to be honest. Whatever the case, I doubt if it's one a guy would even consider these days unless your over 50...not that I'm anywhere near that old, lol. I now have a middle of the line digital camera and I just can't seem to get the same quality shots. All this digital age has just kinda passed my old butt by. I used to love to go out in the woods and set up a tripod and get those macro shots of little stuff with the shutter release plunger thing ?? for perfectly still shots. Those pics are several years old...I'm older than dirt and that camera wasn't far behind my old butt, lol. Glad a few of you enjoyed them...thanks later on My friends say I'm a douche bag ??
