I don't think the noise factor is that important, things that go bump in the water, go bump in the water and noise is noise. I don't like that they grab and I don't like sound they make. There's also the shape factor, they are limited by what they can press.

Here's a source for Gluvit with some information, its not cheap, but neither are boats.

And chief, these guys are throwin some nasty implications your way.
