I was looking on the USGS site. The gauge topped 4 this morning and is on its way down now. Anybody been over there? What does it look like? I bet the Niangua is really moving too. PC

With a 4 on the scale, it is probably pretty muddy. Regardless, it will be swift and deep (but at least it will be easy to find the spots they will be holding in those conditions). That will take several days for the river to begin to clear. I don't know, but just what I have seen in the past.

I didn't look at the river but Jakes Creek was up and rolling yesterday evening and my spring was doing the same so I would say i9ts going to be a few days before the river comes back down.
