XP 590
I've been trout fishing for years, occasionally with a guide, and I'm wanting to take a guided bass fishing trip on Table Rock this season (in between my days trout fishing of course). I'm sure I could find dozens of guides to chose from online but am looking for first hand experience to thin out the search a little. Any help will be appreciated. techo
I can speak from experience about Bill Babler. He will take you out and be your guide or take you out and teach you a little bit about Table Rock and what to look for so you are more successful in the future. Captain Don House and Eric Prey are two really nice guys that are pretty successful fisherman and guides too. I have never fished with Bill Beck (really want to), but he can catch fish anywhere. It is rumored he is part bass himself. There are a bunch of guys on here that post pretty regular. I wish I could always remember everyone when one of these questions come up. They share their knowledge because they want people to have a successful fishing adventure. I would think that is one pretty important requirement to a fun day on the lake. shockley32
I would love to fish with any of those guys. The only one I have experience with is Cpt Crunch, may have to visit him in minute! Brad Have your visited Limitville lately?

Champ188
XP, I can also personally vouch for Capt. Don House and Capt. Bill Babler. Have fished with both and not only are they great guides who will work their tails off to get you around fish, they're just fine darn folks. Jason Essary
Personally have been out with Bill Beck twice now, wonderful information. Would not hesitate to use Babler, House, or Prey otherwise. Members Bobby P.
Based upon many successful trips with Tim Sainato and Buster Loving and 30+ years of fishing the Long Creek to Kimberling City area I would highly recommend them both. I have heard really good things about Tim Paige too.

I have heard really good things about Tim Paige too. I forgot about Buster. Nice of a guy as you can meet. We use the same ramps a lot of the time. Captain Joe Hreha has has a great reputation. I really need to keep a list. Tim Carpenter
tapout
I can't say enough about Bill Beck. Been out with him several times in the last couple years and I've learned a ton. The quality and quanity of my fishing tripled after fishing with him, and he is just a super nice person. He was even able to teach my wife a thing or two, something that has eluded me for seventeen years. Of course I know many of the other guides mentioned are very good, I just haven't had the chance to use them yet.
