abkeenan Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 Hey Bill- just got done listening to your podcast from Feb. 16th on stickbaits and it really sucks i couldnt get down there for it. A lot of great info that i will put to good use in the next month or so when i get down there. Have a question for ya. I will be using mostly McSticks and some pointers when i come down there the middle of this month. I heard you say in that podcast that you use both suspend dot/strips that you paint but mostly wrap soft lead around the middle hook to get them down. I am just wondering if you do this to every single Mcstick you have? Thanks again for sharing your expertise. -Brett PS- I heard you say that you love Beardsley Branch.........nothing to see hear folks move along. Our place is in that creek, Ive fished it 1000 times....trust me...move along....waste of time. Kinda like Techo's Aunts Creek. Nothing in there.
Bill Babler Posted March 3, 2010 Posted March 3, 2010 Just weight the baits to suspend or slightly fall according to the water temps. Sometimes I don't do anything, http://whiteriveroutfitters.com http://whiteriverlodgebb.com
