I put in at Aunt's Creek today and did some fishing. I caught one of your fish. It was about 3.5 to 4.0 and like a good boy I put it back where you left it.

I usually fillet any fish I catch from Aunt's Creek, but only if I have 10 or so that average 5 pounds each. Lot of trouble to dirty up the electric knife just to saw the sides off a couple of little fellows. And don't you holier-than-thou, hypocritical guide types and bass derby jockeys jump all over me either. By golly, it's legal to keep up to six bass a day. I read that somewhere. Now if I could just remember where. :huh1:

FYI

It doesnt look like humor to outsiders. It looks like an obsession by a group of guys that just won't let it go. I dont agree with arsenal's decision to keep the bass either, but I'm not going to publicly beat him down beacuse I disagree with his decision. That's the way we all acted when we were 12.

I live in Rogers, so most of my fishing gets done on Beaver, but I make it up to TR 5-6 times a year, and I really enjoy "yalls lake". However, I think we should all remember that in a public forum our attitude and tone represents our lake to a certain extent, and lately TR has received some poor representation in my OPINION. I have been surprised at some of the people that have been lining up to cast stones, as I have fished in several tournaments against a few of them and have always thought them to be stand up guys.

Oh my brother.....you aren't an outsider now. You are signed up as part of the family now. I think Champ was actually summarizing our annual discussions and joshing with all of us. Wait until Babler reads the part about the electric knife. I hope he has the nitro pills close by!

It right there along the shoreline by the tree with the leaves on it. The one I wanted to land came to me on up the way on the James and it did whatever it wanted including wrapping me around a tree and breaking me off. Should have been using my Baitcaster and 15lb. instead of the Spinning Gear and 8lb. Such is life.
