That looks like a nice place but the ad is a little misleading. That property is not "on" the river, it is near the river. There is a HUGE difference when talking about on the river and near the river when your talking about the white river.

Yes. It does not sit on the water. And if we learned anything from the last two years it is that you might not actually want a cabin "on" the river but one that is at the river with easy access to the water. This way you don't end up with a cabin in the river. Even with the "100 year flood" we had a couple years ago, where you had to take a boat to the White Buffalo Resorts front desk, the cabin was safe...but with a beautiful view of the "river."

The description on craigslist does however specifically say that the cabin sits about 150 yards off of the river.
