:yellowcard:

Had clients today from KS. We caught 23 Kentucky and White Bass. The White Bass are still located at the mouth of the new spillway at the dam. Since it is Monday, there were only 20 or so boats there this morning. We caught 10 in about the first hour using white 1/2 oz. spoons.

Moved out to the points on the main lake and managed 13 Kentuckys, with 4 keepers. We were drop shotting nightcrawlers and all fish were returned to bite another day.

Here are some pics.

"Since it was Monday, there were only 20 or so boats there this morning."

I think I detect a litle sarcasm there

Nice to see some fish being caught.

On Sat. there were over 40 boats in that spot. No sarcasm intended. I like it when they are all there, then there are less on my other spots.

Thanks for the report Captain... The drop shot never really took off (at least for my partner and I) up here on the upper end this year. Not sure why, we did catch a few on it just not the numbers as usual.

Joe, Is it mandatory that your clients wear life vests when fishing with you? Just noticed that the all wear one. Good idea, but was just curious if you make em or is it personal choice?

It is a client personal choice. The older gentleman could not swim and was afraid of the water and wanted to wear the jacket all day. I think his son-in-law wanted to make him feel better and he wore his all day, too. I always wear mine, as well; however, I make sure that it is a lightweight self-inflatable jacket.
